Tracy Gardner

Tracy joined Baird in 2021 with more than 13 years of financial industry experience. She is dedicated to exceptional client service by putting clients first and actively helping to navigate the complexities of special requests.  In addition to her administrative work, Tracy is a Certified Professional Retirement Coach.  Her coaching skills foster thought-provoking conversations that help clients realize their purpose in retirement.

 Tracy lives in Grand Junction with her husband and bernerdoodles, Hazel and Olive. She enjoys an active Colorado lifestyle soaking up sunny days in the mountains, enjoying an outdoor concert, spending time with her kids, practicing yoga and healthy cooking.  Occasionally she fits in reading a good book on a beach.
